Ohio Lottery Extends Contract with IGT to Provide Instant Ticket Printing Services

LONDON, U.K. – Sept. 11, 2017 – International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT) announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions Corporation (with International Game Technology PLC, hereinafter “IGT”), has received a two-year contract extension with the Ohio Lottery (“Ohio Lottery” or “Lottery”) to continue printing instant tickets. The extension agreement runs through June 30, 2019. IGT will continue to provide a range of instant ticket services for the Lottery, including game planning and marketing, research and analytics, graphics support, and instant ticket printing.

IGT has been a secondary print vendor for the Ohio Lottery since 2015. In addition, IGT and the Lottery have worked together to launch several successful tickets utilizing licensed content, including Aerosmith®[1], Bejeweled®[2], and The Three Stooges®[3]. Most recently, the Lottery launched Game of Gold, a $5 ticket powered by PayMaxs’ innovative Augmented Reality technology—the first of its kind in Ohio. The ticket launched on August 16, 2017 and had an initial print run of 7 million tickets.
