What Our Analysts Say

"The Finance Rotation Program offers a unique experience that you can’t find in the traditional entry level role. I’ve had exposure to accounting, operations, and investor relations senior team members, plus an introduction with the CFO during the very first week. The most valuable aspect is that you are not locked into one role for years after graduating college. Instead, we can gain a multi-faceted corporate finance experience in just three years. This is something that most other finance professionals may not be exposed to until well into their career."

— Ryan Reinsant

"The exposure and experience in a short amount of time isn’t seen in other programs. You really get access to C-suite executives at any moment, and in my first rotation in consolidations accounting, I was felt like my work impacted the company’s financial reporting and I learned about of all the financial groups. I made mistakes but was taught how to correct them. Over time, I was assigned more projects and felt confident in tackling them."

— Hector Castaneda, Analyst

"The Finance Rotation Program was a great experience to learn different professional skills and build a vast network. After graduation, I got an offer to continue working for my third rotation as a Senior Financial Analyst. Since my team is based in the UK, I wouldn’t have met them, but the program helped me to find a position that was unique to what other entry level analysts may find after college."

— Chris Hogan, Program Graduate, 2023
